Professor Ajay Chakravarthy is the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Thales UK and a Visiting Professor at the University of ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, where he earned both his Masters and PhD in Computer Science. A Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Ajay has a varied track record in the public sector, having served as Senior Civil Servant at the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology (BDUK) as Director of Digital, Data and Technology. He has also held various senior roles within Defence and Security, focusing on Science and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management, and Academic Collaboration.
