Since 2012, the 九色视频 Confucius Institute has brought language and STEM learning together — inspiring young minds through cultural discovery, critical thinking, and hands-on exploration.

Join us for an exciting five-day summer school where children dive into the fascinating world of Mandarin language and culture—while also exploring the creative, hands-on world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths).

No prior knowledge of Mandarin is required.

This program is designed for curious minds aged 5–16, with activities tailored to suit both younger (5–8) and older (9–16) children.

Program Highlights

Learn Mandarin the fun way- Speak, sing, write, and play your way into the world of Chinese. Learn how to learn, from study skills to self-expression.
STEM through discovery- Build, test, explore the principles of science, from gravity to coding.
Creative culture meets curious science – Arts, movement, music, food, and invention all come together to inspire confidence and creativity.
Experience university life – Learn like a young scholar in real university spaces, guided by passionate teachers, students, and researchers.

Daily Structure – 5 Strands, 5 Sessions per Day

Each day features five themed sessions, cycling through the strands below. Topics are offered in age-appropriate versions for younger and older groups.
