Social Sciences Employability

Collaborative projects to build employability skills and experiences for students

Welcome to the Faculty of Social Sciences Employability

Welcome to the Faculty of Social Sciences Employability Team. Alongside the University of ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Careers Service and other support in your school, we provide a range of projects and events specifically tailored to Social Sciences subjects. We aim to support you as you start to explore careers and build experience and skills to help you move on successfully from your studies, for example - you may be considering a placement year.

Across the University there are four Employability and Placements Hubs which are open to all UG, PGT, and PGR students across Faculties and offer initial support and signposting to careers and employability resources. Simply drop into any of the Hubs, no appointment is required.
